Privacy

We run a small service and keep a small footprint. This page says what we store, who touches it, and how to have it removed.

What we store

The account details you give us — your name, email, company, and phone number. The content of your requests, including comments and any screenshots you attach. Billing records — invoices and their payment status. Our own working notes about your project. And if you write to us through the contact page before becoming a client, we keep that message too.

Who processes it

Sign-in works by a code we email you — there is no password, and your login session lives in our own database. Stripe handles payments, so it holds your payment details — card numbers never touch our servers. Our hosting provider runs the site and the database that stores the rest.

If we translate documents for you, the text of those documents is processed by Anthropic, our AI provider, as part of producing the translation.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a client. If you leave and want your data gone, ask us and we delete it.
